Carrot cake cookie sandwich ??????

Awhile back, I found some thread where someone posted a picture of a carrot cake cookie with cream cheese frosting in the middle. It looked so good and I really want to get one on our trip but now I can't remember where it came from. Does anyone know? TIA!

The Tag Fairy is jealous of you...Japan gets all the good electronics and video games first. Plus, DisneySea is so much cooler than any other Disney park. Can you be my tour guide when I visit?

Haven't been there or tried it myself, but I think I remember seeing the same post. It's sold at the Writer's Stop in DHS. Their menu lists a carrot cake cookie, so it's a good bet that you'll find ice cream to make the sandwich there, too.

We bought them at Goofy's Candy Company in DTD on the last day of our trip and ate them on the plane. While it was good it wasn't what I expected it to be and would prolly get something different next time.

Yes, it's at the writer's stop at HS. The sell out fast, so try & get there earlier in the day.

It is called carrot cake cookie. Just know that it is not cream cheese icing in the middle as some report, it is actually buttercream frosting. I was a little disappointed to see that, but it was still unbelievably good & I get at least one every trip.

This is the carrot cake cookie from Goofy's, obviously it has the icing on the top and the cookie was more crunchy.

This is the carrot cake cookie from Writer's Stop in DHS. It is a much softer cookie and is like a cookie 'sandwich'. I really don't remember if it was cream cheese or buttercream.

I have got to try that cookie at DHS this Sunday (9/13)!!

I saw that it's $2.95 but it's just a cookie, did you ask for the cookie sandwich and was it a snack credit?

I had it 2 weeks ago on Free Dining and it counted as a snack credit. It was yummy! I love cream cheese frosting and I am pretty sure it was cream cheese frosting when I got it. It was big enough for 2 to share also!

I had the one from Writer's Stop in DHS as a snack credit in July! It's really good! We were able to get it mid-afternoon without a problem of them running out... they still had plenty!

As for the filling, I really want to say that it is a cream-cheese-like frosting... not sure how to classify it as exactly, unless it's somewhat of a mixture of both buttercream & cream cheese? That filling is the PERFECT complement regardless!

I did not realize there was one at Goofy's... interesting... I think I still might prefer this nice, soft one from the Writer's Stop at DHS. It really is a cross between cookie and cake!

I can't wait to get another one!
