Question Getting to an early breakfast/transporation ?

Hi,
I have a transportation question for getting to an early breakfast. I booked breakfast at Boma's for 8:25 and we are staying at the movies resort. If I wanted to use free wdw transportation what is the best way. I have only been once and have never had breakfast at another resort. I also have a breakfast scheduled for Ohana's so same thing. Thanks for any and all help!

I can't speak from personal experience, but several others have said that the busses start running from the resorts an hour before the first morning breakfast seatings (like 6 or 6:30 AM). But, you would need to take a bus to a park and then transfer to a bus going to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

For an 8:30ish ressie, I would take a 7AM bus to Animal Kingdom, and then transfer to the AKL bus. Might be too early, but I like to be early rather than late and pressed for time.

We are staying at Pop and have a 7:35AM ressie at Boma. I can't wait!!!

Someone else may have a better answer than I do, but if you leave your resort early, you could always take the bus to the Animal Kingdom theme park, and then hop on the bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I don't know how long that would take, but I don't think the All-Star resorts are all that far a ride to Animal Kingdom. Then the Animal Kingdom Lodge is not too far from that park either. I would give it at least one hour, so maybe leave between 7 and 7:15 from your resort? Just try and ask the desk when the first bus leaves for Animal Kingdom in the morning.

Maybe there is a better and easier way. I'm sure others will give you some suggestions too!

I think you would need to take a bus to AK, then one to AKL to get to your breakfast at Boma's. Then for Ohana, you would need to take the bus to MK, then you could take the monorail or boat over to Poly. I would allow about an hour to do this esp to Ohana. Maybe 45 mins to Boma since ASMu is closest to AK.

And I think the other poster, was wanting to know the answer too so they just subbed to the thread.

A few years ago we were staying at the WL and had an 8:00 am breakfast at Fresh, at the Dolphin. At that time they had early buses that took you to breakfast. If I remember correctly, a bus that was going to the studios dropped us off at the Dolphin. Ask a bus driver and they will let you know what to do. DW and I were the only ones on the bus, so maybe we were dropped off at the Dolphin because of that.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if there was another route other than the parks just short of getting a taxi and I also didn't know the buses ran so early, I will def call just to double check! Also I have had the unfortunate luck to stumble into some hot topics so when I saw the popcorn it got me a little worried

I would also hop the bus to ak then to akl. When you go to the bus stop ask the bus driver his/her recommendation.

I had to get from Pop to poly for an early morning at Kona on our last trip. I was planning on catching the bus to mk then monorail over to poly. When I got to the bus stop there was a mk bus there and the driver standing outside the bus, so I asked him, his recommendation. He told me to get on and he would drop us off at poly himself after he dropped off at MK. This was quarter after 7 in the morning not many people out and about yet. Needless to say I was then 25 minutes early for my 8am adr but they sat us any how.
