"Shirley Temple" Drinks
My DS11 went to a sports restaurant and bar last weekend for dinner with his grandparents, and they ordered him a Shirley Temple (non-alcoholic). He just loved it. I was wondering if any of the Disney restaurants served them, and if so, are they included in the dining plan as the drink that goes with a meal (instead of a soft-drink)?

The drink included with the dining plan is a non-alcoholic beverage, to include most that are on the menus, IE: Smoothies, etc. I would think, YES, it would be included. My DS8 loves sprite or 7up with cranberry juice or grenadine in it, with a lemon twist or wedge. He says it's his big boy drink.

Every year...every trip...every meal...my DD orders a Shirley Temple at WDW!! It is her "big girl drink"! I can't forsee any WDW Restaurant NOT accompdating your request. Afterall...it's just Sprite/7 Up/Sierra Mist...with a splash of grenadine. Sometimes my DD will even make her own version at the pools in her "bottomless mug"...she always fills to the top with Sierra Mist and then just a splash of Hi C Fruit Punch.

These were a hit with me when I was a kid and visited Disney. It was the only place where I ever got them.
But, the waiters always told me it was called a "Mickey Mouse". Even at the old Broadway at the Top show where Cali Grill is now, our VERY french waiter was taking our order (I was about 8 years old). He bent down to me and said "for zee lady, may i sugjoost zee mikEE mouzz?" I felt sooo special! Thanks for the memory! I might have to get one of those in a couple weeks when I'm there.

As the pp stated, I as well always ordered Shirley Temple drinks when I was a kid.
And now both my kids do the same. They love them., We have never been to any restaurant , WDW or at home that charges for anything but a soft drink when these are ordered.
