Disney College Program, Disney CareerStart Program and Disney International College Program receive most Discounts and Theme Park entry privilages extended to other Disney Cast Members as part of the Disney Difference.
However, Program Participants do not receive the Cast Member Complimentary Tickets which are distributed twice per year. In addition, they are not eligible for certain other incentives, as dictated by the company.

I just graduated from the college program in August and we got discounts on merchandise, SOME dining, resort rooms (up to 40/50% off depending on availablity, type of room and if it is for you or friends and family)...
We also got a main gate pass which allows you to get in 3 guests 6 times during your program. THESE PASSES DO HAVE BLACKOUT DATES so that is something you will want to pay attention to. As a cast member, you get in free to the 4 theme parks any day you want unless, the park closes due to capacity in which NO ONE get's in No black out dates are on your company ID which is what you use to get into the parks.

As the others mentioned, you get certain discounts and perks. If you're there for the holiday season, you get this awesome packet of discounts, comp tickets, and coupons. I got it both times I worked for the company, so I can vouch for that.
I will say, though, that if you're trying to get into a park on a holiday and it's just you and you're going in through the cast entrance, you will be asked if you're working. If you say no, security will tell you to leave and go through the guest entrance. That's particularly important on days like July 4th, Christmas, and New Year's. The reason they tell you to go through the guest entrance is because of safety codes. If a hundred CM's go through the cast entrance and the park's at capacity, it's a fire hazard.
