2010 planning for a BIG group!-HELP PLZ!

Hello all,
I am trying to plan a nice 2 week trip for August 2010 that is mostly centered around my DD who will be 17 in May2010. Her friends are her age and a little older (one I think is 18 now) so they will be going off to colleges and stuff soon. She wants for her friends to go next year and since she hasnt had a birthday party IN YEARS and her and her friends are doing great in school and are very respectful, I'm going to try my best to make this happen. This is who she asked to bring and I'm going to use names because I'll get confused myself:
Me 37, DD shay16, DS Keyvis13 and DD Diamin7. I am a single mother of 3. I have worked hard since I was 14. I am now a pre school My 3 kids are honor students and are well behaved as you can expect from kids especially going through teenage years I'm the spoiled niece of my aunt and uncle who make sure I want for nothing and I get my WDW trip every year. I was taken under their wing when my mother passed away in 2000. She had a heart attack while I was taking her to work, in my car. She went back to work against her DR.'s advice because she needed a heart transplant. My 2 DSisters REFUSED to work and help her with her bills. So I was working 3 jobs while she kept my kids after school to help her, she was at also and my kids went to her school so she just took them home with her and I'd pick them up at 1A.M every night. Once she died, my family cut my sisters off!!!!

My Dsis Nette 34, DS Keemie 18, DS Haason14, DD Mesha7, DS Mekhi5, DD Khia 3 and DD Nya8months. I love her dearly but she is ssssooooo far out from reality. She doesn't work yet claim to want to while sitting on the couch watching cartoon with her kids. She lives off of her 2 older DS's SSI. She dropped out in the 6th grade but see everyone else as "dumb". We are like night and day...me, I always look nice, hair done, designer or a nice outfit on a little make up. Usually a heel or wedge with a nice purse. I take pride in myself, my things, my kids, etc. Her...Scarf on when we go out, stains on a scrub shirt (remember she doesnt work) or any shirt, half cuffed capris or jeans rolled up and rubberband little balls on the insides to keep the cuff from falling out. I cant go anywhere without her getting confrontational with someone (because remember everyone one else is dumb and does dumb things in her mind). She has another DD 15 that has a 1 year old but now lives in another state with her father because she doesnt get along with my sister. Her 3 oldest dont like her, call her names and I have to interven to keep the order. They were never in school (the 18 year old, last tested was on a 2nd grade level) her DD7 just got left back in the 1st grade due to lack of attendance. They DO NOT take pride in anything, the house is ALWAYS a mess, clothes on the floor, toys broken, stains everywhere, they have no home training and stay home all the time...figure that out. I mean her reality is completely in another world but she is my sister and I deal with her so that I can be a positive light to her children. And yes I talk to her but as I said she is very confrontational and sees me as stuck up and snooty and thinks I'm just "telling her what to do". Her words "these are my kids and I'll do what i want with them". I dont like the kids to miss out because their mom is an idiot which is why I am taking her. ENOUGH ABOUT SWEET LIL SIS

Ms.Donnie, my neighbor- not sure age around 37-40, DD Kwanzaa 18, DD Kwaniel 17, DS Kajuan 15, DD Karismaa 13 and Kwanzaa's DD 1. Nice lady, takes care of her kids well. I know she was working, not sure what her income is now. My DD16 is ALWAYS at her house and loves her family. Her kids are well behaved and some of them work.

Lastly my DD's 2 friends Inez 17 and Dayja 16, very respectful and Inez works. My DS is bringing a friend since there is so many girls plus the boy hangs out with Keyvis and Kajuan (neighbor son) Malik 18 (I know I didnt even know he was that old but if he hangs out with the crowd behaving verse the 18, 19, 20 years olds that are in trouble, who am I to turn him away? He is a sweet heart)

Ok that is a total of 20 people. I was looking into a 6 bedroom house at windsor but that would be too many people. So I've got my fingers crossed on Suites at Old Town. I've heard good and bad reviews but I stayed last year and liked it. Also with a bunch of teenagers, they can go to Old Town or whatever and not be stuck in a gated community. The other thing is Windsor is someones home and I know my sisters kids WILL break or mess up something and her ditsy self would say something like "they should be used to that, they let people they dont know here, plus say we didnt do it"

I offered to pay for the hotel part and rent a van because we will be taking the Auto Train. I would take the auto train alone just so we'll have a car to go shopping (the Walmart in FL takes their Food stamp cards) if I couldnt rent one but I didnt get that far in planning. Plus my DD16 doesnt feel safe with Donnie and Nette being alone on the train together (Nette 5'1 275 and Donnie 6'1 a solid 250 maybe but she has that "dont F*** with me attitude too when you find her buttons to push and Nette will find them)....Sooo what do you guys think Am I asking for a headache? If I take all these people and not her, I will never hear the end of it.

8/6 for 14 days. Will do 4 day disney base tickets, Universal n IOA, Aquatica and DQ is still not confirmed. Other good thing about Suites at Old Town, they have free shuttles to all the parks.
