Mvmcp?

Can anyone tell me if they think it is worth it or not? I'm 22 and my mother is taking me to WDW as a graduation present in December. I remember doing the party years ago, but we had my little siblings, cousins, and nephew with us. Is this something to go to if you don't have kids? Please let me know!

Also, do you need park admission to get in or do you just need the ticket to the party?

I see that there is no Spectromagic or Wishes on the nights of the party, so is there something else to take its place?

Thanks in advance!

Maybe if I put a weight loss ticker on my signature, I'll feel more obligated to work out and eat right...

I think it is worth going to, there will be young children there but many leave earlier (we did last year ours fell asleep by 10:00pm) the event tickets allow you to enter the park at 4pm so you won't need park tickets unless you will be there earlier in the day. At the party there are special Holiday wishes fireworks usually at 9:30 and the Once Upon a Time Christmas Parade that is usually 8:15 and 10:30pm, there are also other shows and events that only happen for the party, plus the free cookies and hot chocolate.

My DH and I went in December of '07 for my college graduation, and I was 45 at the time, so my answer is a definite "yes." We had a great time! The previous reply already told you that you can get in with just your MVMCP ticket at 4, which is what we did, and we did dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern (which then was still a character dinner), and saw the snow on Main Street, and the special fireworks, and had cookies and hot chocolate, etc. It was a lot of fun, very magical, and I think it's totally worth doing. We also did see the Osbourne lights another night, and had dinner at Victoria & Albert's one night -- we really celebrated this graduation in style. LOL! Anyway, congrats on your graduation (and yes, you can get a Mickey "graduation" pin and wear it during your trip -- I did that, too! Even to V&A!) and have a wonderful time!

Awesome! Thank you so much. I will definitely have to look into that pin!
