Question Need to know all the CS places at all the major parks that are only outside, please

I think this is a short list, but I would appreciate whoever is in the know to share the info, please. I know there a few places where you order inside, but eat outside; I considered those places to be outside.

As an example, I know Flame tree in AK is strictly outside for eating. I know some places; because, we've eaten there, already. TIA

Here's ones I could think of:

Boulangerie Patesserie in France
Harry Ramsden's Fish & Chips in UK
the Mexican CS in of course, Mexico
Starring Rolls at DHS
Flame Tree, which you said
The other CS in Epcot - over in Africa - don't know the name only has outside seating, I think

Studios: Studio Catering Company is under a roof with fans, but technically still outside. All the places by TOT (Toluca Legs, etc.) also outside.

MK: Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station under roof, and even air conditioned on the top, but still "outside," as there are no doors or walls.

Mexico CS by the water...all outdoors.

Perhaps others, but those are the ones that come to mind.

Add Kringla in Norway where you order inside but eat on a covered outdoor patio.

Boulangerie Patisserie does have some indoor seating, in the building where the gift shop is.

In AK the counter service for Yak and Yeti is outside only.

According to the Complete Guide to WDW (omitting places that only sell snacks):
MK: Casey's is *mostly* outside seating. Lunching Pad, Tomorrowland Terrace. I think the Outpost also (it's newer than the book)

Epcot: Boulangerie Patisserie, Cantina de San Ángel, Fife & Drum, Kringla, Lotus Blossom, Promenade Refreshments, Sommerfest, Yorkshire County Fish Shop, Africa Coolpost.

Studios: Min & Bill's, Starring Rolls, Studio Catering Co., Sunset Ranch Market (is that still there?).

AK: Flame Tree, Yak & Yeti CS

Backlot Express at the Studios has both indoor and outdoor seating. Ditto for Toy Story Pizza Planet, also at Studios.
