Have you stayed in a MK view room at the Poly and not enjoyed your view?

I was looking at Tikiman's site this evening and found that there were rooms in the Aotearoa (sp?) longhouse that had a theme park view. I remember walking past this longhouse when I was there this past April and I can't imagine having a good lagoon/castle view from here, nor could you see the EWP from your room??? Could anyone confirm this? Any other rooms/longhouses that disappointed your MK view? I can't imagine spending a ton of extra money and not being happy with your room view!

Never had a bad view at the Poly! I'm not that particular though 'cause I'm always so happy to be there! Last year, especially. We were scheduled to leave Houston the day before Hurricane Ike was due to hit! Lots of stress that week! Spent the afternoon before on the phone with airline trying to get an earlier flight out; :last minute quick packing-thought I'd have the entire evening to pack but we left our home (about 75 miles west of Houston) that night and stayed at an airport hotel fearing we'd have evacuation traffic to deal with the morning of our flight; leaving DH at home (he's a local official and had to stay behind until the hurricane passed); sleeping in the same bed as 2 year old, VERY EXCITED DGD, and getting up at 4 AM for 7 AM flight; flying into Tampa instead of Orlando; renting a car to GET to Orlando .... well, get the picture? I wouldn't have cared if our room view was of the delivery area...I was just sooooooo glad to be there!
