Poly club level, Magic Kingdom view (we've done it twice).

Although depending on your trip dates and length and whether you are paying rack rates, your free trip amount might not cover it!

Congrats and enjoy

But most of those sweepstakes, THEY pick the resort not you.
And even if you get to choose, it's limited to certain level resort, or
type of room, length of stay.
But if you do get a choice, might as well pick G.F.
Beautiful Resort, Deluxe, on the monorail, great for a couple.

You'll learn more when they send you the official paperwork
you need to sign.

I'd say it depends on your own "style". Reseach the resorts and decide what style best suites you. Myself, I love the outdoors and wooded themes, so I would probably pick either the Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness Cottages. If you like a Hawaiian/islands-type theme go for the Polynesian, African savannah - Animal Kingdom Lodge, etc.

Your animal kingom lodge portion of your poll is marred. . .Both say Animal Kingdom Villas. . .the first one says Jambo/Kidani, the second choice neither. I think you should have a choice for the villas and separate for the lodge. . .

Ya know, just saying.

You pretty much pick the hotel, my friend won week 4 of the give away, and i won week 5 so she is also doing her trip to Disney as well. I am leaning towards Animal kingdom with a savannah view. i think that be nice.

That would be my pick too.

However...any resort you pick with me awesome. But to me just being in a Disney resort is perfect!

My first pick would be AKL with a savannah view or the Poly.

No one should ever ask me my resort opinion. I think AKL is the ONLY choice and a savannah view is the upgrade. . .I would stay in a standard at AKL. . .no questions. I love this place

I love the Beach Club Villas. The light, open, airy feel makes me so happy! The proximity to Epcot and DHS is a major plus too!

Gosh its such a tough choice. I went with the BoardWalk Villas because the whole setup and theme of the hotel is really different and fun. But for a second choice definetly I would pick the Polynesian.

Congrats!!! We won our trip too. I had the same lost feeling trying to decide where to stay. We decided Poly CL (we did have to pay about $250 OOP) but love the tropical feel and loved being right on the monorail. We have a DD3 and it will be nice to not have to wait for the buses to and from the MK and Epcot. GF seemed a bit too stuffy for us (not my cup of tea anyway) and Contemp didn't seem to have enough of a theme. AK would be GREAT to have a view of the animals every morning but it was too far away and the restaurants didn't seem like my thing. We will have to try them sometime cause people go on and on about them....I figure AK is cheaper than Poly CL by A LOT and I can afford to stay there sometime when I'm flipping the bill!

Have a great time.
