We are planning a wedding for February with approximately 75-100 guests. Does this timeline seem realistic? I was a wedding planner years ago in DC, but not sure if this is feasible for Disney.

It might be a little tight with that many people - hard to corral them all - but it's close to the timeline we had so i think it's doable.
