Fantastmic Dinner Package with Dining plan

I thought I read somewhere that the dinner package includes an appetizer for each member of the party. Can anyone confirm that for me for Mama Melrose? Thanks!

According to all current reports, yes, it is true at this time. Whether or not it will continue to be true in the future is another question.

We did MM / Fantasmic pkg the past 2 years and it did include an appetizer for everyone. We were on the DDP both times.

Great news, were you able to chose from the menu or did you have a specific set of entrees to order? Also did having the “F!” passes help you in the wait time for the show, would you do it again? Sorry for the questions but I have a MM “F!” ADR for Sept and was wondering, THANKS!!!

We did it in January. Got an app - no special menu.
We had a rainy night, so we weren't sure Fantasmic was going to go, so we waited till the last 10 minutes before they announced it would show, and got a seat no problem. (might have been because of the rain, but it was still crowded). we sat in the side section near the top, but there were plenty of seats lower down. I believe normally they will open it up to "the rest" shortly before showtime, but not 100% sure.

tip is not included in 2009...was not included in 2008 either so suspect if they do the packages again in 2010 will not be included then either. Probably won't know about 2010 until October (when people can start booking dining reservations for January 2010.)

We ordered from the regular menu. The waitress informed us to arrive at the theater 45 minutes before the start of the show. We arrived about one hour before, walked in and sat down. Again, we had zero wait time to get in the theater. Once seated we met a really nice family from Canada and chatted the time away.
