New Kitty Name
Hi Everyone! Well, I finally broke down and did it
 took DD to look at a litter of kittens and told her she could get one. I've been posting for over a year about how she wanted one, asking for opinions on the pros and cons, hoping my DIS friends would talk me out of it, hoping my DIS friends would talk me into it Anyways, she is torn between a blonde (looks like an orange tabby to me) and a calico. Not sure of their genders as yet. She'll spend another 15 minutes or so with the litter later this week and then we'll pick up our new family member on Sunday night. These kittens were born on the 4th of July. Any suggestions for names? DD thought of Kaboom and Sparkles, male and female, but isn't thrilled with either. I came up with Rocket but not overly impressed with that either. Help

Last night my sister and I were sitting in the den and I said to her, "I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle to keep me alive. That would be no quality of life at all. If that ever happens, just pull the plug!" So she got up, unplugged the computer, and threw out my wine.

Update ~ we picked up our new kitty last night and named her Indi (for Independence Day, her birthday) -- if she ends up being a he, his name will be Rokit but the consensus is female at this point
