Talking Family of Six take on FREE DINNING!!! UPDATE 10/2 Whispering Canyon Cafe w/pictures

Thank you Disney for offering the free dinning earlier this year, so we could take advantage. The last time we did the free dinning was in 2006. We had originally planned on going to Disney Land (have never been) this year but this was way cheaper. Disney Land will most likely be next year.

We leave bright and EARLY on Monday the 17th. We will be staying at All Star Movies.

Let me introduce the "characters" partaking in this trip.

Me - Minnie
DH - Mickey
DS - Stitch
DD - Tink
Nephew - Donald
Nephew's girlfriend - Daisy

We are going along with this years theme "What will you celebrate?"
We will be celebrating our 12 year Anniversary. (8/16 is our actual Anniversary) I am surpising DH with a mini castle cake on our Grand Floridian Cafe day. My nephews birthday is on the 19th and my DS had a birthday on 7/31. I will be suprising DS with one of those pirate chest cakes on our Chef Mickey's day. My DD will be getting a Cinderella Slipper at our tea at the GF. (will call it her UnBirthday )

The following are our Reservations:

Monday - Breakfast will be in the car on the way to the airport, Lunch at the airport on our layover and dinner will be the ASMo food court
Tuesday - Breakfast and Lunch CS (probaly Cosmic Rays) Dinner will be at the Grand Floridian Cafe (new to us)
Wednesday - Donald's Birthday Breakfast - Boma (new to everyone but Daisy) - Lunch - snack - Dinner - Tutto Italia (new to us)
Thursday - On this morning Mickey and Donald will be on the Segway Tour so probaly CS for breakfast for them. The rest of us will be going to Kona Cafe for breakfast (OOP) then Lunch will be a CS and Dinner will be at Whispering Canyon Cafe (been once)
Friday - Breakfast will be in Norway with the Princess (been once) Late Lunch/Early Dinner for the girls will be at the Grand Floridian Tea (new to us) and the boys will go to T-Rex. (new to us) Later on hopefully snacks from Goofy's
Saturday - Breakfast and Lunch CS and Dinner Chef Mickey's (been a few times)
Sunday - Breakfast CS, Lunch - Sci Fi and Dinner CS
Monday - Breakfast CS, Lunch - at airport and Dinner at airport

So there you have it. I would like to post some live photos from my iphone if I can figure it out.

It is pretty darn sad when a valet picks you out as a big Boma eater

Have fun! Hope your crowds are reasonable, pixie dust lands all around you, and the rains fall only between 3 & 5 a.m. (that's my version of a Disney-Irish-Blessing, lol.)

Your line-up looks good...we're also trying Tutto for the first time on our upcoming trip. Enjoy Grand Floridian...we did! And Kona breakfast...love that Big Kahuna platter (macadamia nut pancakes-serious drool!)

Welcome back and thanks for the warning about the crowds. We are sitting in Atlanta at the moment, so we will be there soon.

I tried to see if I could post pictures from my iPhone but I don't see a way.

Hi - Thank you for doing a live report. Could you do a favor for the people who love Goofy's Candy - There is a thread that says the prices of "make your own" increased. It says that a Mickey Mouse rice crispy head is now $8.95 with unlimited toppings. If you don't mind could you confirm the prices. Enjoy your trip and thank you again.

We went to Boma for breakfast and Tutto Italia for dinner. They both were very yummy. At Boma our waitress was a little slow. Our watress brought Donald out a little plate with desserts for his birthday. At Tutto Italia we ordered a cake at the podium. The cake was very tasty. Stay tuned for all the details.

We had a Kona Cafe reservation for today ( while the boys are on their tour) but I cancelled so we could sleep in. We have reservations at Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner.
