The member website site says Fridays during the month of December. Yes, members can bring guests with them. You will need to have your blue membership card to get in.

I've heard they can be a bit of fun and a wonderful break to the day, but not really a go-out-of-the-way type destination. If I were bringing non-members, I'd make sure it was something to do in addition to the main attraction (dinner in epcot & illuminations perhaps?)

Make sure you get there well before the end - Last Dec. due to our flight and a rush schedule, we showed up 10 min before scheduled closing time and there was nothing going on, no characters to dance with, not even any music. We missed the entry for the drawing, but did get the ends of the cider, a rice krispy treat for each of us (as they were packing them away) and a pewter ornament on the way out.
