A Whole New World, Jenkins Family Pre Trip Report :)

My first trip report!!! Let me introduce you to my family ...

There is me Aimee, 24, princess mad! This will be my 10th trip, my aunty and uncle spoiled me as a child (still do!)

My DH Phil (or Philip if he is in my bad books!) 34, comes to Florida to shop! Its Phil's 4th trip, i converted him as soon as we met!

My DS Robbie, 11, not into Characters anymore!? This will be Robbie's 3rd trip

My DS Ethan, 5, is Crazy about Buzz Lightyear! This is also Ethan's 3rd trip

My DS Charlie, 18 months. Charlie's favourite word is "Pooh", he loves Tigger and Pooh! This is going to be Charlie's first trip (second if you include a trip in mummy's belly!)

With the introductions over i should mention before you all try to work out how i have an 11 year old at 24 years of age that Robbie is my step son I always refer to Robbie as my DS, he is treated no differently to our others and refers to me as mum.
I always get asked this question and people always seem puzzled when i tell them Robbie is 11 and seem to think i was an early starter!
Well i suppose i was, i don't know many people at 24 who have three children!

This is going to be my first trip report, Dis Boards has given me and my family so much and i wanted to give little bit back.

****************** THREE MORE SLEEPS!!! *****************

I should mention that "rest days" are in fact shopping days! That is what my DH tells me On these days we plan a breakfast off site, some shopping then back to the hotel for a swim

Now a little bit more information ...

We are setting off from South Wales lunchtime on Saturday and are hoping to arrive at Manchester Travelodge at approx 4.30pm. We are planning to check in and pop somewhere nice for dinner before returning to the hotel for a night cap!

Our flight is not until 13.30pm on Sunday. We plan to get up and have some breakfast at the hotel and get to Manchester Airports Long Stay Car park for 10.15am. We are going to try and check in online the day before but as Charlie does not have a seat i don't know if this is allowed, only one way to find out!

We are using the Magical express, this will be our first time. We usually rent a car from day one but with a family that increases by size every year its working out pretty expensive
We are picking up our car at Disney's Car Hire on the Tuesday for 10 days. This meant we only needed an intermediate car so we saved a lot of money here. We would of needed a 7 seater if we planned to use the car to transport our luggage

Your plans sound fab Aimee. I have booked the Hoop Dee Doo for September. Have you been before?

Are you staying on site? I assume you are as you are getting the ME from the airport.

Have a fab trip & i look forward to reading all about it on your return.

Your plans sound great. We also don't use a car the whole time and take advantage of the Magical Express

Thanks all, we are staying at OKW. These are all new restaurants for us and if i have eaten at them it would of been as a child so have no memory but i have heard all great things. I have done plenty of research on the restaurant board
