Looking at buying in next year

Ok, we are considering buying a very small contract for the Boardwalk Villas some time next year hopefully. We really only want between 35-50 points. Like I said a very small contract, with the hope to add on at a later date. We would like the Boardwalk as our home because we tend to visit during F&W so we would need the opportunity to book 11 months out. First question is, I am not really sure how to work out what is the best use year for us. We usually visit early November for the very end of the F&W at Epcot.

Second question is, is it possible to get financing through the Timeshare store for UK members? Or do you have to buy it cash?

Third question, once you own DVC, can you go through Disney to add on (does this have to be at your home resort) or do you have to get a whole new contract for add ons.

I'll see if I can answer your questions:

1) Use year - ideally you want a use year that either starts just before you usually travel or one were you would be unlikely to travel reguarly during the last 3 to 4 months of it.

2) I would think it unlikely that the TSS would do financing for UK resisdents but you might want to contact them and check.

3) Once you have your first contract you can add on through Disney or buy additional points resale. You can buy points at any resort and if buying through Disney you will have to keep the same use year. You could end up with two memberships if you bought another resale contract that had a different use year. This makes it a lot harder to manage your points.
