6/25/10-7/5/10 or 6/27/10-7/7/10? - The DIS Discussion Forums

6/25/10-7/5/10 6/27/10-7/7/10
Those are our 2 choices of dates next year. I know they are almost the same, but I'm trying to figure which way the 4th crowds will be worse. My parents will be with us the first 5 days, and then we (family of 4) will be on our own the last 4/5 days. My DS (it's his HS graduation trip) wants to be there on the 4th (crazy boy) and we know it will be awful, we've done it once before. My ? is, if we live through the 4th, will we get 1-2 days of lesser crowds if we stay til the 7th, or go the earlier dates and just leave after the 4th?

If I'm reading the calendar right, June 25 is a Friday. And I guess if it were me, I'd rather have a Tuesday and a Wednesday (July 6 and 7) than a Friday and a Saturday (June 25 and 26) for possibly lower crowds. So I'd go with the June 27 through July 7.

I'm such a waffler!!! Every time I decide on one date, I convince myself that the other dates were better! Thanks for the opinion....I hadn't thought of it in that way....yet
