Anyone else an early morning folk?

It's almost 6 am here, I've been up since around 5:30. I have to leave in about 20 minutes, but I like to drink my coffee in front of the computer since it's the only time I really have. Anyone else get up before the sun and want to share in the misery of getting up when it's still dark out?

What is really sad is I am on vacation and COULD still be asleep, but here I am, up bright and early. I have already watched Mamma Mia this morning....

I get up every morning at 5:30. It's the time I get up for work, and even on non-work days I can't sleep past this. To me, sleeping in would be getting up between 6 and 7. This occasionally happens, but not very often.

I have been up almost 2 hours already. Usually get up at 5:00 but today was 4:30. I have no problem popping out of bed and do so even when at WDW. Can't stay in bed much past 5:30 no matter what.

Saturday I was up at 3:30 to get moving for a 100 mile bicycle ride. Had planned on getting on the bike at 5:00 but due to a little delay didn't make it until 5:45.

Always up DARK and EARLY.

Same thing here. Early riser - 5 am. While on vacation or off from work, my body clock knows exactly what time. I actually barely sleep at night or get a good night's sleep, period.

I also like to sit in front of the computer with my coffee - I don't have a paper this early so the computer is it for news and other forum updates.

Sleeping in is also 6 am or so even if I went to bed later than usual.

I don't like it.

I'm lucky if I can sleep more than six hours a night; I'm often away before 4AM, and today I didn't even make it to 3AM.

I am up between 4 and 4:30am each day. Usually get to bed around 10pm, and average maybe 6 hours sleep, which is perfect for me.

I've been this way for maybe 5 years now, ever since going back to school and studying for some things. With kids and all, it is the only "free time" I have. I've gotten so used to it, I can't imagine the way I used to be. (Sleeping until maybe 5 minutes before I actually had to get up and get to work, LOL).

I get up this early no matter what, even when on vacation. I kind of enjoy the alone time, early morning coffee, and the quietness. Rest of my family is up anywhere from 7am to 9am, depending on the day.

Another Early Bird here! I get up with DH every day so I am having coffee at 4:30 every day. He is up at 3:30 or 4 the latest so he has it ready when I stumble in.

I get so frustrated though, I want to stay in bed during the week and cannot. Come the weekend I could sleep in as late as I want but cannot. I am awake the same time every day!

Up at 4:30, out of the house at 5 a.m., on the train at 5:22 and at my desk by 7 a.m.
On weekends I usually sleep really late ... 6:30 a.m.

When exercising, I go to bed early, then rise early. When I am in a rest period, I stay up later and rise later. For me, the time that I awaken is based on the time that I get to sleep - but I sleep much more soundly when in an exercise period...

We're an early morning house. I'm up at 4:30 to 5:00 every morning. No one in our household uses an alarm clock. We just get up when we're ready.

Well, that was the only reason I was up as well. When I don't have to be in the hospital, I'll gladly catch up on my sleep and sleep until 10 or 11.
