"Said person" wanted you to watch 6 kids (including two five year olds)? Unh-unh, no way! Sorry, but I would have said the same thing you did. "Said person" is on their own.

She sounds like a combination of my ex-MIL and my great (used loosely) aunt. Good luck. Here's a Rum and coke helps too.

LOL I use 'hate' loosely. I have a lot of "Said person's" in my life. And while I find it an actual waste of time to spend so much energy hating them..I definitely keep my distance

You have my condolences

Now, C.Ann, it's not good for you to hold things in. Go ahead and tell us what you really think about "Said person"!

You don't look well...

Maybe you should stay in bed and rest for about... oh, say... ten days.

In my clan we have the inlaws and the outlaws. "Said person" would likely fit in well which is why I cruise at Thanksgiving -- it's one holiday where I don't cook AND I miss the "lovely" family moments while enjoying only my DH and DS!

Maybe you could cruise instead of camping with "said person?"

(Just remember, family -- can't live with 'em, can't shoot 'em!)
