Small Disney related toys for kids (I got some off the $1 section in Target)
Disney shirts from Walmart (way cheaper than park stuff)

A clothespin to keep the curtains closed. A pop -up hamper to put dirty close in.
Band-aids for blisters. Hand Sanitizer, safety Pins, just a couple, just in case. Zip lock bags. Never know when these will come in handy. I bring a couple of each size. Have fun. I have 44 days until I leave.

glow sticks
microfiber cloth (for wet seats or misc. spills)
any little distraction for kids for the travelling

I 2nd ziplocks!

They recommend that you supply a fat pen - they're easier for the gloved characters to hold

The small pouches of laundry detergent they sell in the sample sections at Wal-mart/Target etc...Saves you from buying it at the laundry rooms.

Band-aids, hand sanitizer, scissors. I take a plastic over the door shoe holder to hold toiletries and other items that I need to find easily to head out to the park. That's a big help to keep us organized...

I always bring:

-First aid kit (bacitracin, bandaids, thermometer, Tylenol etc). Someone always gets sick on vacation!
-Sunscreen - bring plenty! If you think you have enough - buy 1 more.
-Water sprayer/fan - always good for the hot parks
-Good pair of sneakers (already broken in) - forget the fancy sandals
-Shorts or capris that are "quick drying" - also forget the jeans - they'll take forever to dry from the water rides. My son usually goes to the parks in his bathing suit (which are actually board shorts).
- Rain poncho/umbrella - always rains (even a little bit) everyday during the summer. Even when it looks sunny out, I always put the poncho's in the backpack we bring to the parks - sometimes thundershowers happen all of a sudden.
-Alot of money - need I say more???
-Your patience - " " " " ???

Have fun!

Sharpies because many of the characters have large hands and can't write with regular pens.

Plastic poncho's from Walmart (99 cents each) unless you want to buy the overpriced WDW ones. Plastic bags (I like qt size) to put them in when they are wet. We spent 4 days in WDW last Aug during TS Fay. We'd wear our poncho's outside. Many of the attractions wouldn't let us (or anyone) in untile they stowed their poncho's. They didn't want to get the attraction wet.

Enough sunscreen. It's expensive at WDW. Same with batteries, flash drives for your camera, etc. If you wear socks, enough so you can change a couple times during the day. Wet/sweaty socks = blisters.

Glowsticks can help on dark rides if your kids are scared...and will save you a LOT of money over buying all the light up toys/glowsticks Disney sells at night before the parade/fireworks. You can get them at a dollar store.

Please don't use the glow sticks, camcorders with a view screen, text, or anything else that lights up on the rides it's not very considerate of others trying to enjoy the ride or show.

oh, PLEASE don't light up a glow stick on a dark ride. It would spoil it for everyone around. (Same w/ LCD lights on cameras, phones, etc). If your kids are afraid, don't take them. There are many dark rides I don't take my 10yo on yet for this very reason....
