Thanks, Linda. She's super sweet and very agile like a cat She's pretty skittish which surprises me because she was in a house with 3 other dogs, one of them being a big lab. She was VERY hungry and devoured her food really quickly. We're wondering if she was underfed or if she had to wait after the other dogs until she could eat. Loud noises make her jump. She loves to climb on all the furniture (a big no-no with my mom) and even jumps on us but she's so light that we barely even notice
I just love that she will let us dress her up. Right now she has a pink sweater on.


What worries me is that she is 4-5 months old and has NO vaccinations and is NOT fixed. We're taking her in Wednesday for her first set of shots and then after she gets her second round of shots I'll schedule her spay.

My mom told me about Dawn and it makes me so sad. My thoughts are with her and her family! My mom wanted to send her a little something and she put me in charge of finding the perfect thing. I went onto SnapFish and created a fleece blanket with a collage of pictures from the Dis Diva trips. Hopefully it will brighten her day a little. Bree--that is so awesome! You are talented!

No real news on Dawn--Sally emailed me earlier today and did say that her lung function had improved slightly. They are trying to get her off some of the machines and medicines so they can take her for a CT scan (I guess she can't get in the machine with all the stuff she's hooked up to).

So I am staying positive and already thinking about taking her to WDW when she is better.

Cristabel--your puppy is so cute--how big will she get?

I'm relieved that Dawn is progressing, even if it's the slightest bit. No news seems to be good news.

We're not entirely sure what kind of terrier she is but we looked online and a number of dog sites say a small breed dog stops growing skeletaly around 8 months with adult muscle by 10 months. She's already between 4-5 months so not too much bigger. Her paws are pretty tiny.
