Newbie's 1st Day - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi all,

Just a quick note to tell you about our first day at WDW. We couldn't have done it without all of your help. I don't think the parks were too crowded (but I don't have anything to compare it to). It was hot and humid, but not unbearable. We brought our water w/ us and got water from the fountains w/ flavor packets. This is what we did today - (we arrived just after rope drop)

EE - 3x's (2 w/ FP)
K. Rapids FP
Dinosaur
Prime Whirl
Kilo Safar FP (didn't really need it - line was only about 5 minutes long)
Tough to be a Bug
Lion King
Nemo
Jungle Parado (watched from Dawa Bar - Thank you DIS for the spot)
Ate at Yak & Yeti
Rafiki Conservation
Ate at Yak & Yeti

Got about 5 autographs.

I think that was about it - I hope tomorrow is as good of day as today. We will be at MK.

Thanks again for all of the advice I've gotten off here.

P.S. Oh yeah, we traded quite a few pins with CM's
