WDW Nutrition Facts/Ingredients?

Does anyone know of any place where I can find nutrition facts/ingredient lists of any food (ANY FOOD AT ALL) at WDW? It can be TS, CS, Snack, made to order, pre-made, candy from the countries at epcot, ANYTHING- anywhere on property. Is there a link or a compliation out there???

THANKS!

I don't know of any, but would sure like to find out! I do WW and I always have such a hard time estimating points at WDW since I don't know exactly what's in stuff.

I know some places have a book behind the counter with info because at Starring Rolls Cafe I asked what the yellow stuff was in the fruit tarts to make sure it wasn't something I didn't like, and they pulled out a 3-ring binder and flipped to a page that had the ingredient listing and nutrition info, but I didn't think about actually looking at the nutrition at the time! I just really wanted to make sure that the yellow stuff wasn't custard or banana or something else that I consider gross! Now I feel really stupid that I didn't ooh and ahh over the book and ask more questions!

The binder you saw is the "allergy book" and it is at every disney owned resturant.

To find out nutrition facts/ingredients ask to see the allergy book, we have to do it all the time, but a word of caution the resturants in EPCOT and DTD are not run by Disney so they do not have to have one, and I haven't found one that does!!!

I would love it if there was a website that had the nutritional info but with how lax Disney is in maintaining the rest of their sites I doubt it would be up to date.

What are you looking for? If you are just trying to eat a little healthier down there I have found it is pretty easy to eat healthy at Disney with just a little effort. Some of the buffets, especially Tusker House and Boma, have a lot of healthy options. Also remember some simple alterations can make a meal much healthier. Ask for meals that come with sauces, especially heavy or cram based sauces, to go either light on the sauce or remove it entirely. I also always ask if anything cream or butter based is used in preparing the dish and ask for it without.

If you are looking for more specific choices I recommend checking the menu sections of wdwinfo and allears.
