here it is. Please keep in mind I have never been to WDW and we are going as a family (myself, husband, 20month old son, 4yr old son). are we doing anything that is not approp for little kiddies, or are we missing anything worth seeing?

Plan for Hollywood Studios

Sunset BLVD Pick up Rock n Roller Coaster FAST PASSES (we will do babyswap here)
Ride TOWER OF TERROR (baby swap here)
Animation courtyard PLAYHOUSE DISNEY
Streets of america LIGHTS MOTORS ACTION
honey I shrunk kids
MUPPETS
BACKLOT TOUR
Hollywood Blvd Ride GREAT MOVIE RIDE
Ride ROCK N ROLLER COASTER using FAST PASSES

Are you planning to be there at rope drop? It may be hard to manuever the stroller to get to TSM for the stand-by line but it's worth a try. If you are planning to do TSM without a fastpass I would definitely try to be there at rope drop. Do you know the fastpass rules? Get one, wait for the ride times to start then get another or get one two hours after getting your first. We usually ride TSM in stand-by line at rope drop then go to RNR. Ride if the wait is less than 20 mins. If it's longer get a fastpass and go to the standby line for TOT because they are so close to each other. IF your son is into characters save some time to visit the Animation Bldg. after Playhouse. We always find lots of characters there and it's cool.

Does your four-year-old like Power Rangers or the movie Cars? On the Streets of America you can get the autographs and time for a quick photo with the Power Rangers (anyway you could last January). Also on the Streets of America Lighning McQueen and Mater come out so you can take photos with them. The engines rev and my children really enjoyed seeing "life-size" Cars characters.

Send a message via Yahoo to badblackpug
I would add Playhouse Disney Live and The Legend of the Little Mermaid.

Definitely see Little Mermaid! Some report that the movie ride is too scary for the young ones at some parts. I never took mine...maybe this trip we will. Is your 4 year old over 40 inches? He may like the Star Tours ride and Jedi Training Academy. Also, don't miss Mike and Sulley at the exit area to the backlot tour. You may enjoy the Beauty and the Beast show...it was one of my boys (and Dh's) attractions last year

And, you will have to either get in the stand by line for TSM and get the RNR fast pass afterwards or get the TSM FP and then ride RNR, but you cannot be holding 2 valid FPs at the same time.

The bolded part isn't true. You do have to wait between getting fastpasses, but it is possible to have several valid fastpasses at the same time.

My kids were 6 and 2 when we went and were both terrified in the Great Movie Ride.

my kids liked meeting the characters at DHS: Monsters, Inc., Power Rangers, Toy Story, Incredibles.

They also liked Little Mermaid (but were a bit afraid of Ursula)

I have to second the reccomendation of the Magic of Disney Animation show. We were in there on a rainy day last week, and after the initial presentation, we entered a room that had a TON of characters. Lines were short, and it was air conditioned, so the characters could hang around longer than when they are outside and in the sun. There are also some cool computer games to play with, so it was a great place to escape the monsoons!

Muppet Vision 3-D is fun, too. And the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" movie set is a nice place to take a break. Have fun!
