Photo match - DVC Resorts - The DIS Discussion Forums

I remember hearing somewhere that more photos are taken at Walt Disney World than at any other place in the world. It occurs to me that those of us here on the DVC boards stay at the same resorts as one another, and have probably all taken pictures of the exact same things at those resorts. For example, everyone who has stayed at SSR most likely has a picture of someone with Donald at the High Springs Pool. Everyone who has stayed at BCV probably has a picture standing with the Ariel statue.

But what about those obscure pictures -- the ones you think, "I've got to be the only person who has ever taken a picture of this." Let's make it into a game.

Post a picture from one of the DVC resorts you don't think anyone else can match. If it goes 24 hours without a match, you get to post a new picture. If someone can match it, they get to post a picture to stump the group.

I'll start with this one...

GREAT IDEA.

Unfortunately, I am a new member and have not stayed at any WDW villas yet. We used our DP's at GCH over the summer.

I will patiently wait until I can match those. I have a few pics.

Not sure if this counts, but maybe it's new enough not to get a match right away -- or are we supposed to match yours first? (Which would be hard because there's a person in it -- I assume you would accept a nearly the same shot without a person [or a different person] -- would it need to be from that same unit?

hmmmm.....

Why only pictures of the resorts?.....

maybe we could have a hard to match picture of any of the parks.....

LOL, now that would be really tough if you had to find a picture with me in it.

Actually, I was thinking anything from above looking down on the Grandstand pool and play area (with or without a person) would be a match.

I was trying to keep it DVC specific in the hopes the thread wouldn't get moved.

You need to upload your photos to a photo sharing site, like Photobucket. Then once they are there, you can generate a link that you come back and post here.
