SW at night - August - lots of questions

We are going to just do a night visit to SW - trying to avoid the heat of the day with so many little kids in tow - five kids (11, 10, 8, 7, 4). We will arrive at SW around 4:30pm.

(We have free SW tix because we are doing DC so I don't mind just going for a few hours)

Here are my questions:

- What time do we need to check in for our 6:30pm dine with shamu. Does your seating get determined by how early you check in.

- Will we be able to see Believe at all from the dinner area?

- Which shows are the best ones to see after dinner?

- Where do we go to watch the 9:50pm Reflections Fireworks show? Someplace mentioned a stadium but I can't find any info on the SW website

- How long are the shows? And will it be super crowded?

The shows on Aug 12 at night are:

Shamu Rocks 8pm, 915pm
Pets Ahoy 8pm
Sea Lions Tonight 815pm
Reflections 950pm

Which would you reccomend? And how many can we get to taking into consideration distance between shows, length of shows, and needing to arrive early for seats?

Or are there other CAN'T BE MISSED attractions we should do instead of shows? I would like Manta but we have too many little kids probably for that.

What else would the kids like?

Thanks so much in advance!

Susy

I read somewhere it's when you bought the tickets that your table is assigned

- Will we be able to see Believe at all from the dinner area?
there are monitors to see the Believe show during dinner

- Which shows are the best ones to see after dinner?
I love the "After Dark" shows, skip the animal one, the others are staggered enough to allow you to get to the next one

- Where do we go to watch the 9:50pm Reflections Fireworks show? Someplace mentioned a stadium but I can't find any info on the SW website
Bayside stadium is close to Shamu stadium, on the interactive map it's called Bayside Ski show. here is a link to the PDF which is printable and easier to navigate. http://www.seaworld.com/assetrepo/do...Web_Map_09.pdf

- How long are the shows? And will it be super crowded?
the shows are about 25 minutes, sometimes the animals do not want to co-operate and the show runs around 10 minutes longer as the trainers try to get the show restarted, usually a trainer will come out on stage and explain what is going on backstage.
Only go in the evening after work and the park has been the most crowded the last two weeks, the Shamu Rocks 2nd show still has seats on the wings. Since I have a Platinum Pass get to sit in reserved seating. By Aug 12th the numbers might be lighter.

The shows on Aug 12 at night are:
Pets Ahoy 8pm (skip)
1st Sea Lions Tonight 815pm
2nd Shamu Rocks 915pm
3rd Reflections 950pm

Which would you reccomend? And how many can we get to taking into consideration distance between shows, length of shows, and needing to arrive early for seats? See above

Or are there other CAN'T BE MISSED attractions we should do instead of shows? I would like Manta but we have too many little kids probably for that.
the Manta Aquarium
Shark Encounter
Penquin Encounter
are options if you have time, I love the shows, SeaWorld takes a day to see all the shows and attractions
