AP Benefits Blackout Dates?

I asked this on the restaurants board, but I did not get any answers, so I'm hoping AP experts here will know. I'm specifically wondering about the dining discounts available to AP members.

I know the Tables in Wonderland card is blacked out on major holidays, but what about the discounts available to AP cardholders?

Here are the discounts I'm wondering about:

Lunch Discounts: Get 10% off the regular price of food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding tax and gratuity) Monday through Friday during various meal periods for Passholder and up to three Guests at the following participating Walt Disney World Resort Table Service locations. T-REX Cafe® at Downtown Disney® Marketplace - 10% discount off the regular price lunch and dinner entrees (excluding applicable tax and gratuity) for the passholder and up to three guests. (effective January 5, 2009)

Yak and Yeti - Disney's Animal Kingdom - Dine with 10% off the regular price (excluding applicable tax and gratuity) of lunch and dinner entrees for the Passholder and up to three Guests. Discount excludes alcohol.

We'll be there on Dec. 24 and 25 (TIW blackout dates), so I'm wondering if we will be able to use our AP discount for meals at these locations on these dates.
