... from Mike at the cast member preview for Bay Lake Tower: Today, July 28, I am attending the Cast Member Open Mouse of Bay Lake Tower. I have been here for almost three hours, and I am having to force myself to leave. Breathtaking is not a strong enough word to describe this DVC resort. (And please be advised, I am composing this note on my cell phone.) The lobby is circular, with a view of Tempo Fountain and the pool area. There is not a check-in desk here, that will be in the main resort. Community Hall faces the pool area, and it is much like the hall in Animal Kingdom Villas DVC. We toured a two-bedroom villa, and one of the 14 Grand Villas. Unbelievable. From the Top of the World observation deck, you can see all of the parks, and a view of the Magic Kingdom that is reach out and touch close. Listen to the train whistle, watch the logs plunge from Splash Mountain. The lounge has a beautiful twin monorail backdrop above the bar that overlooks Bay Lake. Many concept renderings by John Hench grace the bar and little private area. Out back is a Mickey-shaped, zero-entry pool. a slide, BBQ/picnic area, pool lounge, and a small beach; two shuffleboard courts, and two bocce ball courts; and the Tempo Fountain, which has a plaque dedication, and DVC Member plaques all around it. Summing up, if you are already booked here, be prepared for a visit of your lifetime. If you are just thinking about it, stop and just do it. This resort is absolutely incredible. Sign up for a tour -- you won't be sorry!

How do you get a tour? Do you get it from a DVC desk with a DVC presentation?

I check in on the 4th for 6 nights. All of my friends stayed at the Beach CLub for thier Disney vacation and I have been 2nd guessing my BLT decision.
Thanks for posting your review...I am so excited now! No more second guessing!! Just excited for everything you described!!

Yes. There is one on the 4th floor concourse level of the CR.
