which mini-golf & how to get there?
Okay, so we are having dinner @ 1900 on 9/2 at 7:30pm. Plan is to then watch Wishes from GF at 9pm. I am thinking about sending DH, DS, DMiL off to go play a game of mini golf after Wishes while I take DD & baby DS home to POP.
We have never played mini golf at WDW, but it seems like Winter/Summerland in Blizzard Beach is the better option travel-wise, right? (Fantasia seems further and more of a hassle I think) Can they just take a bus to BB that late (9:30pm) from GF? And then as far as me and the little ones, I probably will want to take the monorail to Epcot and then bus home to POP right. I know MK is closer, but I dont want to get stuck on an overcrowded bus of people all leaving after wishes. Or should I just take the bus to BB with the rest of my fam and then from there take a bus to POP? At least this way half the traveling we will be together. Does this make sense? Or am I over-complicating anything? Or am I nuts to even think this is doable? We are touring MK in the morning till 3pm, but then we will have a few hours of down time at the hotel before dinner so DS will be well rested. Any suggestions/tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all :-)

2- Not really. Take a bus from MK to the Swan Resort and walk the short distance to Fantasia Gardens. (See the maps below.) 3- Nope. 4- I would not want to do that. The buses at Epcot are a very long way from the monorail. 5- My advice is to go to MK anyway. 6/7- That whole deal is "out." ![]() 8- It is a bit complex, yes. 9- Although I seldom recommend them, a CAB might be a good choice for at least some of this. ![]()

Thanks for your speedy reply Robo! So now I have more questions.
How does one get from GF to BB at night? I suppose cab is the only option? Is Fantasia mini golf equally as far? easier to get to? Thanks again! -Melissa

We have played both and traveled to and from Pop. Late at night Fantasia is easier to get to using disney transportation. I would agree with Robo that you go to MK to catch the bus. They can take the bus to the swan and it's a short walk across the street. You may have to wait for a tee time. You can take the bus to pop. After playing they can either catch a cab at the swan lobby or you can call one to pick you up at fantasia. If MGM is open late and you don't want to pay a cab they can take the boat or walk to MGM and catch the bus back to pop.
Blizzard Beach is best played during the day when the buses are running. If you have your own car or don't mind paying a cab it is open in the evening.

Yeah, what the previous posters said! I noticed that once BB closes for the night the buses don't stop there. DD 11 loves WinterSummerland. We did it one night, but we had a rental car. They are open till 11 or midnight though. We also did Fantasia Gardens, but dd hit one of the balls too hard and we were by the water that separates it from the pro course and in the drink it went!
Luckly a kind person on the other side got it and threw it back!
