Which of these would you choose?

I've recently had to switch our October trip to August, so am scrambling for last minute reservations. I'd like to do something "nice" on our last night there (Friday 8/14). Last year with our extended family, we did Ohana, then Wishes Cruise, the closed down EMH @ the MK on our last evening, which was great.

I'm going this year with just my kids and I, and it will be our first WDW trip with just the 4 of us. All of the usual kid-friendly suspects (Ohana, 1900, Whispering Canyon, Crystal Palace, CM) are booked for dinner.

Looks like my MK-area choices are pretty much down to:

Kona, Liberty Tree, any of the GF restaurants except 1900 PF, Wave, Cali Grill, and HDDR.

So, if you had to pick, would any of these make a "fun" or special evening for a the kids (12, 10, & 9) and I before heading to the MK for EMH? I'll be paying OOP since we'll be on CS dining, so HDDR is probably doable but pushing things a bit.

Thanks for any input.

Mike

Liberty Tree is a fun Character meal. The food is ok - not high end, but definately not bad.
We make sure to hit LT on every trip.

Unfortunately, I don't think that LT is a character meal any longer which is why I wasn't thinking too strongly about it.

My kids LOVE HDDR. I love it too! The food is good, but the show is even better! IMO, it is a great way to end a WDW vacation.
