We just returned from WDW this past week. Storytelling time at Jambo House was at 7:30 p.m. I also found out they do storytelling time at Kidani Village also, but it's not around the firepit...forgot where they tell the stories over there.

Also, get their early because there isn't a lot of sitting space around the firepit; we arrived approximately at 7:20 and all of the seats were taken.

Call the lodge and they can confirm the time for you.
