Resorts at Christmas time?

I was wondering if some of you could share your opinion on which resorts are the most beautiful for the Christmas season. Pictures would be even better! Trying to decide on a resort and right now we are overwhelmed with choices.

I would love to see pictures of any resorts during the holiday but we ourselves are looking at the villas or deluxe resorts due to our family size. So I am especially interested in those. Particularly Wilderness Lodge / Contemperary / Grand Floridian / ( I know BLT wont count yet) / and SSR

Thanks!

There are a couple of photo threads (look at the top of this board for a link to the photo board) on resorts at WDW at xmas, and they have tons of beautiful photos in them. Hopefully you'll see enough to make a decision!

Personally, I really like the WL for its rustic, woodsy xmas theming and the GF for it's beautiful Victorian xmas decorations and the huge gingerbread house. (YC/BC is quite nice, too. Although I've only seen it in photos, AKL looks stunning as well.)

Of the first two, they are both gorgeous, just very, very different takes on the Christmas theming and decorations. Choosing between them I think it's just personal preference.

I agree with the previous poster that WL and GF are the most beautiful at Christmas.

GF and WL are the best of these. AKL is my personal favorite and CSR is also very nice.

here's a thread to look through for pics.

here are some AKL pics.

WL if you want the classic Christmas-y look- i.e. log cabin feel, huge pine tree, woods view, etc.

GF for elegance and a Victorian Christmas.

AKL for a unique approach at Christmas.

All the resorts do a good job, for the most part, with their decorations. As a previous poster mentioned, take a look at allearsnet.com or other Dis-ers threads to find photos.
