can anyone help me with a costume piece?

I posted this on the themeparks board, but they told me to post over here. Can anyone help me with what type of hat this is?

Just in case you need it for any other reason, I searched for colonial ladies hat.
I figured that I could find something out there since that is the costume style for Elizabeth Swan.

Who said taking costume design in college was a bad idea?

Every search I did it came back with bonnets. Nothing fancy. That hat is perfect. I'll just take it to JoAnn's with a picture and tell them, "help me make this!: ha ha ha
