Question Revised Itinerary: How does it look now?

Me and DS11 (almost 12) @ CBR 8/8 – 8/15

8/8 - Drive over from Clearwater (1.5 hours) in the AM.
Arrive around 10:00, try to check in if not leave our stuff.
11:00 – 3pm - Epcot (World Showcase), then head to DTD/ Disneyquest for a few hours and dinner. Back to the hotel and to bed before 10pm

[color="Purple"]* I'm seriously considering seeing if we can come a day early. we ould drive over Friday evening instead...thoughts?? Or I could be really selfish and add a day at the end. I have to take DS11 about a hour away from Orlando for a special 5 day camp for kids with serious medical conditions. If I could keep the room one more day then I could come back and laze around the resort for a day and leave Sunday to come back to Clearwater.COLOR]

8/9 - Rope Drop A/K ( park opens at 9) leave after Lion King at 2:00
Go to water park for the rest of the afternoon/ early evening.

8/10 – Rope drop MK
4:10 – Dinner CTR
6:00 – Pirates League makeover
8:30 – Pirates and Pals Wishes Cruise (back to CBR and in bed by 11:00?)

8/11 – Sleep in a bit
10:35 Ohana
Hang around resort
4:25 Hollywood Brown Derby Fantasmic! Package
9:00 – Fantasmic! (back to CBR in bed by 10:00?)

8/12 – Water Morning/ early afternoon – Epcot late afternoon/ early evening 6:05 ressie at Rose n Crown.
Early night

8/12 – Rope Drop DHS – 11:30 Sci Fi
Break at CBR
5:00 pm – go to Epcot for 6:05 Le Cellier. Leave Epcot after dinner.

8/13 – DS11’s choice – anything but DHS.
4:00 pm go to Epcot for 5:20 Teppan Edo
9:00 – IllumiNations!

It looks good to me.

I think the sleep-later on 8/11 after two RD days is a good idea. We usually have a bit of trouble getting everyone going in the morning by the 3rd or 4th day.

Your plan looks good! Remember the heat in August and take it easy.

We will be there at the same time -- visiting relatives in Seminole from 8-6 to 8/9 and driving over to Disney for 8/10-8/19. We tend to leave Seminole around 6am so we can check into our hotel and get to the parks around opening. It's an early morning but we're always rarin' to go!

Looks good,

I think the 10th is going to be a very long day for you guys, and because of the cruse you are really locked into it. Since you paid for it in advance you will not be able to call it an early night if it ends up being to much. When I book the open to close days I tend to make it so I am not tied to anything at the end of the night incase I do need to cut it short.

I am sure you 2 are going to have a blast.
