Buses From Airport

Please explain how taking the cruise line bus from the airport works after spending the night there? What time do they leave? Where do you check in? etc?

Are you staying at the Hyatt (different rules) or at another airport area hotel?

If at another hotel, you claim your luggage when you arrive and take the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the hotel. In the morning, you enjoy your complimentary breakfast (at 2.5* airport area hotels), and take their complimentary shuttle back to MCO. Ask the driver to drop you at terminal B arriving flights area (or just tell him the Disney area). You will walk over to the "Welcome Center" lower level terminal B with your luggage and transfer vouchers. You will have placed the DCL tags on the luggage at the hotel. They will direct you to the next bus.

The first bus leaves in the 9:30-9:40 area and they do designate your ticket as "first bus" if you are among that group to check in (yeah, I have a DD who likes to be on the first bus).

They actually took our luggage before we got to the check in line--saw the tags and suggested that I put it "right here." WHen I questioned, they said that it was going on "that truck" and I may as well not have to wheel it to the counter!

The procedure is totally different if you're staying at the Hyatt and was detailed in an earlier post.

Hyatt

Thanks for the information.

Yes I would be staying at the Hyatt. What are the procedures there?

When you check in at hte Hyatt let the front desk staff know you will be on a disney crusei and they will give you a sheet with all the information. One side note, the time listed on the sheet they give you to meet in the lobby is correct but I found out this last time that they (DCL) will sometimes start checking people in earlier then the posted time. WE happened to be in the lobby and found this out and checked in about 20 min before the scheduled time and we were on the first bus to leave the Hyatt.

Staying at the Hyatt was really so simple i will stay there again the night before.
