What is your average length of stay at WDW?

We usually stay anywhere from 4 nights to 7 nights on our trips to see the mouse. I was wondering what does everyone else do. How long is average for you?

Also on our next trip Nov/Dec 2010 (yes, we are already planning) we will be staying 7 nights. We will do all the main Disney parks plus a combo waterpark/DTD on one day. That will leave us one day to fill in but we are undecided as to where to go? Trip will consist of myself, DH, DD and 3 1/2 year old DGS. It's between Sea World, UIniversal or IOA. Which would you choose and why?

We've spent 4 nights, 6 nights, 8 nights and 11 nights. 8-11 nights would be optimal, in my opinion.

We looked into US/IOA but I didn't think our 6 year old would make the height requirement for many rides so we decided to go in a few years. If I were you, I'd take a day to relax and hang at the pool. It's nice to get away from the lines at the parks...

Average would be 7 days but we have an 11 day trip this time. I am hoping we can pace ourselves as usually after 7 days of go go go we are BEAT

We are not staying in the parks ALL day on this upcoming trip. We are hitting rope drop and leaving by lunch for resort swimming and fun. We also have 2 resort break days for resting up! On the night before those break days we are planning on late nights ...depending on the kids!

I couldn't imagine doing Disney under 7 days
There is just so much to do!

Just back from another wonderful trip!

The first two trips were 5 nights (not quite enough time) and the last two will be 14 nights.

I really like the 14 nights. If I didn't go with small children then less nights would work okay. The first two trips were with older children and adults so 5 day park passes were okay, but another day or two would have been better.

We think that 10 nights is the ideal amount of time....however, my DH had mentioned that he would like to do 14 nights sometime.

We usually go for 10, but have gone for 7 on occassion. 10 gives us the chance to go at our own pace and feel like we can do/see most of what we want...It's perfect for us. (but we're still always sad to leave!)
In the end, only three things matter:
How much you loved, how greatly you lived, and how gracefully you let go of the things not meant for you.

I used to love to take a 4 or 5 night stay, two or three times a year.
This year, with the state of the economy, I am only coming once this and saying only a few days longer...

We stayed on trips before for 6-7 nights. In 2007 we stayed for 10 nights and found that to be a perfect length to stay. We are looking forward to are 2010 trip for 10 nights. It will be here before we know it.
