Question Poly~ Best Building for great views from ground floor room?

I originally requested the Tokelau building because the good reviews I’ve read in the past when I started planning our vacation, mainly for it’s location; but now, I’m not so sure about it. We asked to have a ground floor room because our daughter is 1; but I also would like to have a beautiful view from our patio for us to enjoy the sunsets and fireworks incase she’s sleeping in the room during those times.
So with saying this, what building do you think has the best views for a 1st floor room?

Thanks!

Ground floor w/view: Tahiti

We always come back to a ground floor, lagoon view room in the Tahiti longhouse. Great view of the water parade and fireworks. Close to the TTC, though not as close to the Great Ceremonial House. The ferry boats can be a little noisy, but you get used to it. There's a great hammock close by.

Our first visit to the Poly in 92 was a garden view, I think in Aotearoa, but in 93, 94, 97, 99, 01 and 08 it was ground floor Tahiti, lagoon. We'll be there again this fall, too.

Thanks Kiwini, I really wish we had the extra $$ for a lagoon view room; but, I already stretched the budget to get deluxe dining plan

Has anyone out there stayed in Samoa? Would you recommend it or would it be too noisy/busy?

Out of the three: Tokelau, Tahiti, and Samoa (the only 3 I've read reviews on), which one would probably give me a better chance of getting a great view from ground floor garden room?

For garden view, you might consider Fiji. The rooms on one side look out over the marina and the volcano of the volcano pool, and on the other look out over the water to the Grand Floridian and Luau Cove. If you're in Tokelau you might have a sideways view between buildings to the water if you are at the lagoon end of the building.

We stayed in Fiji this past June - second floor room looking out over luau cove. No balcony, but the view and location were great! Down the stairs and a few steps to the beach to watch the fireworks. Down side is that you hear the luau everynight it's going. Not all that bad, but if you want quiet you won't get it until after 9:30pm on luau nights! We loved this location so much, I'm afraid I would be disappointed anywhere else at the Poly!

This makes me wonder which building I should request. We are staying in December with MK view. Any ideas? We haven't made a request for a specific building yet but have our ressie.
