Question DHS Plan of Attack Question

We are goin to WDW in October. The Day we go to DHS we plan on getting there around 11:00 AM and staying until the park closes. We will not be going on a day when there is Fantasmic. I know the first thing we will do when we arrive is get a fastpass for Toy Story Mania which I know will be a return time for sometime right before the park closes. My question is at 1:00 PM what should we get a fast pass for? Should it be Rock n Rollercoaster or ToT. I guess my question is at 3:00 PM what fastpass would be easire to get Rock n Rollercoaster or ToT.

Depending on opening time and the crowds on your day in October, TSM could be out of Fast Passes. Hightail it over there ASAP you get in the gate. We went in "slowest week of the year" (aka labor day week) last year and they were gone by 11.

I would get the 2nd FP for RnR. The lines at ToT don't seem as bad as recent years and with the ride capacity larger for each "vechile" it seems to move quicker. You move 20 people everytime you move in line so by the time it takes everyone to shuffle thier feet up to the next place in line its almost always moving. For me constant moving lines like that don't seem as long even if they are. Plus ToT que is more shaded and cooler than RnR. Until you get inside RnR que can be insufferable with standing humidity (no good air flow in that corral).

I agree, I would go for RNRC 2nd. That seems busier than TOT and I think the FPs go quicker for RNRC. I know in our family, everyone wants to ride RNRC twice but can get by with only once on TOT.

RnRC and ToT are so close together that it is easy to check to see which one has the latest return time. That would be the one to get the FP for first. And as everyone else says, it almost surely will be RnRC.
