Help with Ceremony!! - The DIS Discussion Forums

My brother is our officiant so we have decided to put together our ceremony ourselves. I am confused on the order. I keep finding different information.

I have a greeting first (we are gathered here today...) But it seems long...and the "Who gives this bride/groom..." part is after...which would mean everyone is still standing??

HELP!?!

I'm interested in this as well, since my cousin will be performing our ceremony and I only have vague ideas on how this should go!

Well I have two different ceremonies saved on my computer. They are too big to post, but feel free to PM me and I can email it to anyone who wants it!

Ours incorporated Buddhist elemensts but unless you knew it you really wouldn't know and it was otherwise secular. Let me know if you are interested. We customized ours and I am happy to email it.
