Question Build an Itinerary Help.

I am trying to use the "Build an Itinerary" page on Disney World site. I log into my Disney vacation, I get as far as filling in all my info, and then press continue, and it just stops. I have sent and email to Disney about this, with no response. Can anyone help me? Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Thanks. Deb

I don't remember having problems when I tried to use it. However, for other things if there is info that I'm missing once I hit 'enter' or 'next' the page will have a short note in red telling me what I did wrong. If that's not it, my only other thought is that it may just be a bug in the program--give it a day and try again.

They have been having problems with this part of their site for a few months now. I, too, have emailed them (many times), and they write back that they are aware of and working on the problem, but alas it still does not work.

I just got an email from Disney about this problem. They told me to try this:

"The itinerary is fully functional within the Firefox or Safari browsers. We are working to correct the issues with building an itinerary within the Internet Explorer browser."

Hope this helps.

I emailed them as well and got this reply (about 2 days later) ~ though I haven't gone into to Safari to see if their suggestions actually work:

Good morning! I actually called teh technical helpful just about two weeks ago. He told me they were having difficulties and had taken the intinerary portion down due to the high volume of dining ADRs. He said (about two weeks go) they thought they had an estimated two weeks timeframe. I've tried every other day since then and it is still not working. It shouldn't be too much longer. I am hoping!! I am a planning freak!!

I was trying to use it in Oct and had the same problem with the same response. As technically advanced as Disney is you would think thier site would be one of the best. Good luck with trying to use it.

I was trying to use this yesterday. It let me put in MOST of my information. I was really excited about it. Then all of a sudden everything was GONE. I tried to go in again and start over and it wouldn't let me get very far before everything disappeared. I ended up making my own on Word. It just wasn't worth trying to get their site to work.
