CS breakfast near BoardWalk?

Since the BoardWalk doesn't have a food court, where would be the best place to get a good counter service breakfast near the resort?
ETA: We'd really prefer eggs, bacon, and the such if there is anything like that available.

Hot breakfast plates from CS are not available anywhere in the Epcot resort area.

Boardwalk Bakery and Beach Club Marketplace have breakfast sandwiches (appear to be croissant sandwiches with eggs and cheese plus bacon, ham or tomatoes) but they don't have a plate of eggs and bacon.

Picabo at the Dolphin may be the only CS-type place in the area to get what you are looking for- but it is not on the dining plan.

Boardwalk Bakery for pastries, Beach Club Marketplace does pastries, fruit plates and croissant sandwiches.

A little walk (sometimes nice before brekkie) to Epcot would take you to Sunshine Seasons who do a great breakfast plate with bacon, sausage, biscuit and eggs for about 6 dollars.

This thread has information that Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club is going to start serving a counter service breakfast - including a bacon, egg and toast platter - this Friday.

Not CS but we had a great breakfast one morning at Spoodles last January. DH and I had omelettes and the boys had waffles and pancakes.
The food was really good, we were in and out to make it for a 9 am Epcot opening and it wasn't too expensive. Their french press coffee is wonderful!!!

Spoodles is on its last legs - it closes permanently on August 2. It has already stopped serving breakfast. Flying Fish is temporarily serving TS breakfast.

Spoodles will be replaced by a new restaurant, Cat Cora's Kouzzina. No telling yet whether they will serve breakfast or not.

We also had Spoodles breakfast in March. It was very good. I hope that Kouzzina also has a great breakfast.

Thank you for the update We just booked a return trip for this December and we're starting to talk about where to eat. We were hoping to have another breakfast at Spoodles ~ guess we'll have to look elsewhere. At least we'll have some reviews of Kouzzina by then
