Question What is the Best Planning resource, book or service

If you had to pick just one ( okay maybe 2) resources to help plan your trip and educate yourself what would it be?

I'm trying to finalize my plans and feel like I need more information!

Thanks!!!!!

Quite honestly, I haven't found any other site to be as informative as this one...though I do love alllears as well.

As for books..I love my deluxe Passporter as being both informative and a handy place to record my trip.

I use the unofficial guide (the book, not the site), and the Disboards.

DEFINATELY DISBOARDS. Second would be RideMax for me. I found TourGuideMike to be too wordy...I'm a "give it to me straight" kind of gal. Short and sweet.

This site and the WDW Today podcast are my two favorites. The Dis Unplugged podcast is also great, but you said to pick two and I think it would be cheating if they both came from the same place!

Check out your local library. I am lucky that mine carries about 15 different travel books on Disney. I check them all out and renew the ones I like best. I find that some have outdated material and only rewrite every few years even though they say 2009. That is why I peruse them all til I find the one I like best.

unofficial Guide and Idiots guide (DIS too)

I feel pretty prepared but I found all of the other resources through the moms panel so I guess they should be mentioned

For my first trip I used UG and Birnbaum's. I also checked them out of the library first, then bought my own copies. I highlighted, dog-earred the pages, etc.

The Dis and Ridemax. I also like The Unofficial Guide but I buy it for the read, less for the reference.
