I want to purchase the pass for my teenage daughter, she is going with her school. The site states that if I purchase it online for her, she will need to show the credit card used. So, she has a credit card (Visa Check Card), and I was going to use that for the purchase. But the flex pay contract states that the person purchasing is 18 yrs old, which she isn't. What should I do? Do I purchase the ticket in my name with my credit card and send her with it? I tried calling the customer service, but they are closed.... |

Customer survice has told me that both the person that paid and the person that the ticket is for must be present with their ID's.
We were actually turned away at the window, funny thing is that the next day we came back and they didn't even ask for my anybodies ID but mine because i paid, so who knows. |

I think you should all Guest Services and ask them for the clear answer. I understand why you need to show the credit card since it's FlexPay is a contract and you would need to show your FL ID for obvious reasons. The annual pass will need to be in your daughter's name since she's going to be using it. But again...call Guest Services for a clear answer.
