Tickets?

Has anyone bought tickets from Undercover Tourist before? It looks like I can save almost $50 if I buy them through that website.

My son isn't deploying (again- Iraq 2007, Afghanistan 2008) until early next year but will be doing some training for that deployment. It is something we knew could happen, just wish they were coming with us.

I can't figure out how busy that time of year will be as far as ADRs are concerned so hopefully we BOTH get all of the ones we want. Do you think they will continue the dessert party thing they are currently previewing in MK right now-it sounds wonderful.

I get the idea that you and I enjoy the planning almost as much as the trip! This will be my gs first trip to the World and I am looking forward to seeing his reactions to all of it.

I'm sorry to hear that he is deploying again. My cousin is in Iraq (we think) right now and so is my Uncle. It is hard.

Last time we went in October I got all my ADRs no problem, I hope this time is the same way.

I really hope they continue the dessert party! It looks so nice. I told Rob about it and we both agree if they keep it around we are going to try to get tickets for it.

I do enjoy planning and talking to other people that enjoy planning and helping other people out with their plans. I'm sure your GS is going to LOVE it!

I am going to order my tickets through them for sure. I read that tickets will be going up in August, so I plan to get them before August 1.

Purchases!

I bought two things for our trip.

First up, the stroller.

We've gone for two "rides" as A. likes to say and it has been great.

I also got these in the mail.

Aren't they cute? A. thinks they are hers...she said they give her "happy feet". Can you guess what movie we just watched?

Other than that, we have been doing a lot of this today so we are all exhausted.

I haven't purchased tickets from Undercover Tourist, but I have read where several people have and have never heard anything bad about them. We are planning on buying Josh and families tickets through them. Was your price through the mousesavers discount link?

Magic Kingdom: Rides, Rides, Rides!!

At A.'s 3 year check-up she measured just over 39 inches. So, we measured her at home with her sneakers on and she is just short of 40 inches! So, by October she should be tall enough to ride some of the roller coasters! We are so excited!

We went to Hershey, PA in May and she loved the roller coasters she could ride and didn't want to get off when the ride was over.

* I have more pictures from our past trips on Rob's computer. I'll try to get them tonight.*

Rides we like:

Jungle Cruise - We love the corny jokes on this one.

The Magic Carpets of Aladdin - Love that we all can ride on one carpet. Last time Rob got splashed, so here's hoping he gets lucky again.

Pirates - A. got a little scared last time, but Rob is good at making her laugh so she was okay after that. Maybe we'll run into this guy again.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - We have not rode this ride. By the time we get back there A. was usually melting down, but not that she can ride, we are going for it!

Splash Mountain!- We rode a similar ride at Dutch Wonderland and she loved it, rode it twice actually.

Haunted Mansion - A. got scared last time, so we'll probably do parent swap on this one.

Dumbo - This is always our first ride of the day.

Small World - A. loves all the dolls and B. will love the music.

Teacups - A. loves to spin, spin, spin.

Winnie the Pooh - Love this one!

Peter Pan - We will ride this only if we get a FP.

Barnstormer - We rode this one many times last trip. She has her arms up (she kept them up the entire time) and I am clapping for her because she did so well.

Speedway - I'll let Rob go on this one, last time I think I got whiplash.

Buzz - A. wasn't a big fan last time, but Rob and I both loved it.

As you can see, we have a LONG list. I'm going to sit down with Rob and figure out a MUST MUST Do and a WOULD LIKE TO DO list. Any suggestions? If you had to skip some of these rides, which ones would you skip?

Coming up next: We love shows, oh yes we do!

Those all sound like great rides! I figure if A can do Splash Mtn then I will survive it too.

You are missing Carousel of Progress though!

Yes, if A. can do splash mountain than you can too! She is a little daredevil though, so don't feel bad.

I think there is a photo of us at CofP that says "DON'T LET THIS GROUP ON THIS RIDE". After last time we are black listed, I'm sure of it.

Cute crocs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first picture I thought - they look a little big, then I saw the second pictures

As far as narrowing the rides, I don't think I can help because those are all in our plans too Are you going to try and see the fairies?

I know, I don't want to cut anything. I think I'll just do a list from Must to Want and go from there.

Oh yes, A. is in love with Tinkerbell. Although today she said that Rosetta is her favorite, so we'll see. We have to see them though.
