Rose and Crown How is it for Kids?

I am looking for options since I don't think we will get Ohana or LeCellier. How is Rose and Crown for kids? Too adult? My kids will be 6, 4 and 2.

I was wondering the same thing b/c I'm not sure what some of the dishes are on the menu.

I have seen a kids menu for rose and crown somewhere. I can't quite recall where, but if I recall correctly, it had a fish n chips, a shepherds pie and the normal grilled chicken and a veg. We will be eating there on our trip (3 weeks away) with our 4 yr old daughter. I don't know when you are going but I can try and let you know when I return.

The food is awful, the servers ok and the atmosphere dull. Maybe I am just used to the wonderful English food we can get from the pubs around here.

Our kids are 6, 4 and 2 as well and we took them to the Rose and Crown for lunch. The kid's menu has shepherd's pie, chicken, or they can order pizza with fruit. I think you can get a small portion of fish and chips if you would like as well if you ask. (I don't recall it being on the menu, but our waiter presented to our kids as an option.) So, our kids didn't starve thanks to the pizza and chicken options. Our kids loved it. We ate outside overlooking the water and there were a few ducks walking around and our kids loved watching the small shuttle boat go back and forth.

Definately fine for kids. The only place in EPCOT I wouldn't take kids to is Le Bistro, other than that you are fine!

This (along with Biergarten) has always been one of my kids' favorites. They always enjoyed it, and we continue to go even though they are older and no longer travel with us, and we have always had good food and outstanding service (some of the best service we've had anywhere at Disney restaurants).

Grilled chicken breast with green beans
Cheese pizza
Meaty macaroni
Bangers and Mash (Bangers are sausages)
Shepherd's Pie
Kids fish and chips (not on the menu but it is available)

Appetisers include carrots and celery or potato and leek soup.

Desserts include fruit cup or Ice Cream Sundae which the children can decorate themselves.
