DAY 3-APRIL 3rd.

I woke again at 2-50am ,managed to doze on+off until 5.40am and eventually got up.Tony+the girls not long after at 6am.We decided to try the Hotel's free breakfast today+we was not dissapointed-turnt out that we would eat here practically every morning for the remainder of the holiday .They cook omelettes+eggs to order in one queue,another queue for sausage,bacon+pancakes,and other tables laid up with breakfast potatoes,grits,scrambled eggs,fruit,pastries,bread,toast,muffins,cereal.Fru it juice,tea,coffee,chocolate+soda machines as well.

Me-Cheese+Bacon omelette,2 sausages,2 pancakes+maple syrup,orange juice+an apple danish.

Tony-Sausages,Bacon,Breakfast Potatoes,Scrambled Egg,Toasted Muffin,Pancakes+syrup+a coffee.

Chloe-Sausage,Scrambled Egg,Breakfast Potatoes,Pancake+Syrup+orange juice.

Emily-Breakfast Potatoes,Sausage,Toast+Jam+orange juice.
We also packed 2 banana's in our bag for elevenses for the girls in MK.

We got the Hotel's free shuttle to MK at 7.50am,after stopping at 2 hotels we arrived at MK at 8.45am.By now the weather was awful,very very heavy torrential rain+thunderstorms.It was so bad that we watched the opening from the Monorail station.This is where i found out that i never packed the poncho's last night when i was packing the bag for today(i also found out later that i never ut new batteries in the camera and once again had to rely on the disposable camera ).So after waiting a few minutes for it to die down a bit we made our way to the turnstiles,where it tipped it down again.We went into the first shop we came to and bought 4 poncho's-$30 ,and 2 Autograph Books $15.We then went to City Hall to collect a first time badge for both the girls,even though Chloe has been before i knew nothing about these badges then.We then turnt around and there she was-Cinderella's Castle,boy had we waited a long time for this day to come,i whispered quitely-'It's Good To Be Back' as lump came to my throat+my eyes went glassy (i know i am soppy).We went straight to a photopass guy to get our first soggy pic in front of the Castle,i had pre-ordered+paid for the Photopass back at home and was determined to get as many pics as possible as i could,+i can honestly say i did'nt let myself down with 484 of them .


Why the confused look on Emily's face?.She just could not understand where Tinkerbell was.

By the way the rain lasted aprox 90mins+then it turnt into a lovely day reaching 84deg .
We made our way straight to Space Ranger Spin which was showing only a 15min wait.I rode with Chloe,Emily with Tony-i honestly don't remember what our scores were,but i do know that Emily screamed every time we spun.Next was Madhatters Teaparty,again only a 15min wait,i know i must be mad going on another spinning ride,but if i don't do these kids rides then basically i will end up riding nothing,also it helps if Emily does'nt see me scared on a kiddie ride.BUT it did'nt work,Emily's favourite saying was back 'i don't like it' .It was a very quite morning in FantasyLand,maybe because of the weather .So after that i thought it would be better if we made our way to Minnie+Mickey's house ,the girls loved it in here.We then made our way to see Mickey+Minnie in the Judge's Tent,little Emily's face was a picture-one of the 'Memories To Last A Lifetime' moments,she was'nt afraid at all,and could'nt wait to give them both a big hug,Minnie was playing with Emily's Minnie Ears,and she was kissing her,all this was caught on camera by our photopass lady .



We then went into the shop next door(sorry don't know the name)to see what the queue's were like for the Princesses+Fairies.Well our plan was to see Tinkerbell today-as she is Emily's favourite+Emily was wearing her Tinkerbell top.But the time posted was 75mins(that's why it was quiet then,everyone was queing here ).I knew Emily would'nt be patient enough for that,so we jumped in the Princesses line which was showing as 15min,we saw Cinderella+Sleeping Beauty,once again some fantastic pics were taken-i love the fact that they just snap away constantly+don't just do a 'pose' shot.



As we came out a crowd was gathering for Pinnochio so we stopped for the girls to get some more autographs.

Tony+Chloe then rode Goofy's Barnstormer which they said was a 15min wait,whilst me+Emily went to watch the band perform,there was no way in the world that Emily would have liked being on Goofy's,this was more pleasant for her .She quite enjoyed herself+had a little boogie whilst waiting for Daddy+Chloe.
We decided it was time for a rest+a snack break,2 Churro's-$5 from a cart.Then 2 soft serve choc+vanilla swirls+a large Sprite-$9.88 from Mrs Potts Cupboard.
Suitably re-freshed we made our way to meet Winnie The Pooh+Tigger,these characters were great with the girls,especialy Emily.I quietly asked Tigger if he would 'bounce' with Emily+he did .

We then went to meet Ariel,this was the longest we queued today-40mins.Ariel was also great with the girls and kept telling Emily she had really pretty hair just like hers.

On to It's A Small World,a 30min wait.Sorry but i cannot stand this ride,Emily loved it though-YAY so i am not complaining.We then went into Mickey's Philarmagic-i love this attraction+could'nt wait to smell the apple pie-mmmmmmm.Emily was a bit iffy with this as she has never done anything 3d before,but she was fine after a while and it was so cute to sit back and just watch both the girls dodging the items+trying to touch things.Although Emily 'did not like' Simba's roar.Emily was seriously starting to flag by now,and was becoming very slow so we decided on one more ride for all of us which was Cinderella's Carousel a 30min wait,I tried to get Chloe to Cinderella's own horse but we were to slow,nevermind.
Dumbo had a very long que of 50mins,so the girls were happy enough to have this pic taken instead.(although come to think of it they don't look very happy-because they had both sat down without looking first to see the puddles of rain water on the seat.So wet bottoms for the next hour.


We made our way towards the Parade,where me+the girls watched whilst Tony went on Stitch's Great Escape-which he said he was glad he done it,but no need to again.
After the parade we made our way to the Emporium where Emily bought a Robotic Android Stitch+Chloe bought a Minnie Mouse photo album/notebook+pen.We made our way to the exit where we saw Pluto,and Chip+Dale the girls wanted autographs,so this was our last stop of the day.



We caught the free shuttle bus back to our hotel+arrived at 5.20pm.We freshend up went to Friendly's for dinner.
Tony--Create Your Own Basket-BBQ Chicken Strips+Kickin Buffalo Strips+Fries.2 cherry cokes.

Me+Emily shared--New England Fish+Chips+Coleslaw.2 cherry cokes+Sprite for Emily.

Me+Tony shared Jumbo Fronions.

Chloe--Bigger Kids Meal-Dippin Chicken+Fries,Sprite.
Girls also shared a Create Your Own Sundae,1 scoop of choc,vanilla+strawberry ice-cream+they had little pots of sprinkles,m+m's+choc fudge sauce.

$38 inc tip+we also used a kids eat free coupon for Chloe's meal $6.99.
Food was really tasty,highly recommend the fish+the fronions .

Back to the hotel,were Emily since we have arrived has desperatly wanted to go swimming+since it was only 8-10pm we said yes.So the girls+Tony went swimming in the outdoor pool,whilst i relaxed and took some pics of them.



Back to the room at 9pm were the girls were bathed+in bed by 10pm.Me+Tony showered,watched King Of The Hill,had some Mountain Dew,ironed clothes for tomorrow,and i remembered to change the batteries in the camera and was in bed later than planned at 11-30pm.

I really, really wish they would introduce something like this in DLRP! You had almost 500 pictures from WDW for the same price as about 15 in DLRP

Another excellent day Michelle, shame about the weather tho what great photos I love the one with Pinochio and Emily with Tigger jumping is so cute.
We also love Philarmagic Adam was a bit nervous at first with the 3d and the noise, hes not into loud noise (even tho he makes enough of it himself)
We are going to try friendlys this year as we have never been sound yummy
