Team Rosters 2009 and Team Totals: Part II

The teams are a great way to get to know other WISHers! Team members keep track of all their active miles & minutes and report them to the team in a friendly challenge between WISHers. No prizes are awarded, except the best prize of all: a better, healthier you!

Since I've been keeping the team roster, I thought I'd start a new thread. That way, the team rosters can be kept on the first page and updated easily.

I'd also like to see team captains post their monthly numbers on the first page of their threads; Tracy (dsnyfan21) has graciously volunteered to collect that information monthly and keep it updated on the second post of this thread for easy comparison.

Hey everyone, this is where you will find the totals for all the teams. When you would like to see how all the teams are doing, this is where the information will be provided.

Please try to post a new monthly thread with your previous monthly times and totals on the first post of that thread. Not a link, but actual totals, this will help me considerably in keeping track for eveyone.

I believe I finally have everyone's numbers for July....

Veronica, welcome to WISH & the teams.

I'm going to place you on the Rebel Alliance; there are members though who have done the Disney 1/2 last year. The Rebels are also involved in a nice range of activities besides running & walking--I have found their knowledge on XT and strength training to be quite useful in my lurking.

Just head on over to the Rebels and introduce yourself.

Btw, I see you're planning on staying at POFQ for Marathon weekend. That's on our (me and my DH, DOOD) short list. We're not organized enough to book yet, though.

Team Miles for April - 176:37 Hours, 904.05 Miles
Team Miles for May - 179:07 Hours, 1001.15 Miles

Below are the most recent posters of Miles and Hours. I do want to say I told my team (Buzz's Brigade) that if they wanted to do the Miles and Hours that's fine and if they just wanted a smaller group to talk to that was fine as well. So if you want to remove the others from this thread you that's fine, but I will keep them on our thread because for me it was less about the Miles and Hours and more about a smaller group/team for people to go to.

Yeah that was my thought. Some people just didn't want to track the miles and hours so I thought well that doesn't mean you can't be a part of the Brigade right?

Honestly though most that haven't posted numbers haven't posted at all, but I don't want them to come back in and think we kicked them to the curb......

I've always felt welcomed coming into Team 'Ohana on Monday's too!

Tracy...have pm'd you the miles/hours for the Ducks, but here they are again:

Feb total 2244.39 miles // 364.26 hours

March 2648.01 miles // 390.39 hours

April 2326.67 miles // 366.88 hours

I'm sad that some of our teammates stopped coming in....they just stopped. No chat posts, no miles. Nothing. But we have several who come as they feel like it or think about it, and that's just fine!! Some of ours post once a month, or every couple of weeks...we still try to keep track!
