Great start to reviews I've been looking forward to reading! That steak wrapped around the rice looked delicious. Lettuce wraps are my favorite too.
Can't wait to read more!

I have heard that the menus are similar...but the food at the counter service is VERY hit or miss. I haven't tried it but I hear a lot of the food tastes like it's been sitting out on the counter for awhile

That looked yummy! And sounded yummy! YAY, MEN!

BTW (OT) Evinrude - there is a swarm (gaggle?) of dragonflies that fly over my patio every morning eating mosquitos and being the best looking hardest working bugs I've ever seen. It makes me think of you!

Fully worthy of 'two snaps and around the world'! Yak & Yeti is our lunch at AK, but now I have to pick between two pretty awesome looking entrees

I haven't been to Yak and Yeti yet, but I eventually will get to it. One trip or another. But as I kept reading, I thought, "I'd definitely want to share part of their food."

Pot stickers? Check. Bring 'em on.

Lettuce wraps? Check. Those were the biggest honkin' cups o' lettuce I've seen anywhere. I've never seen any restaurant bring a full head of lettuce! I could make a meal of those two items alone. (I've actually made a meal of lettuce wraps, so it's not outside the realm of possibility!)

Skirt steak. Check. Plenty to go around, I see.

Ribs. Check. Pork. Is there anything it can't do? So yes, I was vicariously sharing the food. Thanks, guys!

The dessert looked just "ok" to me. I probably would want to have tasted it, but not go nuts over it. If it were chocolate, I'd probably have fought for it. Nobody messes with my chocolate.

Great review!
