Crystal Palace is Tom's favorite character meal place too. We haven't eaten there is several years but the service is definitely hit and miss. How neat that you met Jessica!

I could definitely see Tom watching for a changing of the guard and sending the kids up to sneak more donuts. Very resourceful husband you have there!

Reading your trip report makes me a little sad because we are supposed to be there right now but couldn't because they blacked out the dates for Florida residents. Good thing I have great place to visit tomorrow!

We've had some major issues with service at that place, both times we've been there! Our waiters were awful both times. On our October trip, we had to wait 35 minutes after we were done eating for the check!! The whoe time I was sitting there thinking about what else we could be doing at Disney instead of sitting and waiting!! The time before that, I wasn't brought a drink until 1/2 way through the meal, and no refills. Why don't they just let you get your own refills?
The service is not very good! I would much prefer to get my own refill!

My husband even said to me when you walked away-"Look at that smile on your face now that you met someone from the Disboards." I then went on to explain to him that you were not just somebody. "Hunny, that was TERESA!!" I was a bit star struck and then explained to him that the thread that I love so much wouldn't be there if not for you and your sister Heather. The thread that I was on for months prior to our trip!

Men are funny, aren't they! He is quite resourceful! I thought it was pretty funny that I didn't know about it until almost a year later too!

I don't know that coming to brown, muddy, everything-is-dead-right-now, Michigan compares to Disney, but I'm glad YOU think so!

Too bad you couldn't have come in May or late April, that's when everything is gorgeous here!
