Bec - I meant to respond a while back, but thanks for all of the budget info, I'm like you, always looking for BEO's with pictures because you never know what you get for the money in the paperwork Disney sends.

Thanks for the kind words about my Shades of Green Budget We "kind of" eloped, just me, DH and two sons. I just hate for anyone to write off Shades of Green, because it's not the typical Disney wedding venue, and they are so flexible and helpful with everything....I believe you can even have Mickey and Minnie as guests now too. If you have ANY connection to someone in the military (cousin, friend, etc), you can have a wedding there, as long as the sponsor stays at the resort.

Awesome, thanks for this!! If you don't mind me being a pest, would you mind sharing the details of your floral BEO? My budget is around that same cost and I want to see if I'm being realistic or not.

We recently had to switch our reception choice to ADH because the GF was booked for the date we wanted and my coordinator did tell us that the cost of the marquee is included in the $500 venue fee for ADH. Hope this helps.

I was wondering if anyone has had just the wedding ceremony at Disney and held the reception elsewhere?

I am looking to have an Escape wedding in April 2013 but as it will only be for 20 people (inc ourselves) we were just going to go for an informal dinner elsewhere after!

Just wondering if Disney add on any extra costs to the $5,750 quoted for the Wedding Pavillion?

Lots of people do this! The Escape weddings are package deals. You get the items in the package to use or not. Disney would only add on costs if you decide to add enhancements to your package, like different flowers, significant cake decorations, things like that. Your minimum would go up too if you add a catered event through Disney like a dessert party. Just going out to eat at a restaurant would not trigger extra Disney cost.
